Involved in testing and commissioning & Installation of Under floor wheel lath, Synchronous pit jack, Mobile lifting jacks, Diesel shunting locomotive, Rail road mover (shunter), EOT cranes, Auto wash plant, Rerailing & rescue equipment, Compressor and other all minor equipment which comes under M&P Depot equipment’s at Charkop metro depot.

Preparation of pre-handover checklist of all equipment.

Preparation of schedule maintenance plan and corrective maintenance plan.

Preparation for spares and consumable procurement require for maintenance.

Maintain the consumption record of all consumable and spares.

Prepare schedule Maintenance checklist for all M&P equipment.

Preparation of SOP (Standard operating procedure) and MWI (Maintenance work instruction) for All depot equipment.

Prepare DLP schedule and Maintenance plan as per OEM recommendation.

Initially involved in T&C activity of RS-10 with OEM and others vendors and mainline failure attention and preparation of report for the same.

Arrange refreshment and introductory training to the subordinates regarding the depot equipment’s PM & CM activity.
