Project Details: SAP EM Support Tool

Description: It is a ticket management tool with two parts – one is SAP customer and other is SAP internal users. The project was handling the complete lifecycle of the tickets. There were three user roles: Customer, Admin, Support. In case of any issues faced while using SAP services, Customer was facilitated with an option to Create a ticket. SAP admin user performs admin tasks such as assigning tickets to Support. SAP internal user resolves the ticket and accordingly updates status of the ticket. Customers have the facility to submit a feedback survey.

Responsibilities:

● Development on different modules like

- Tickets Dashboard: Show all tickets on dashboard of the Admin user

- Search Ticket: Provide searching the ticket based on ticket id

- Create Ticket: When user raise a ticket from UI, create it on backend side

- Update Ticket

- Close Ticket

● Collaboration with team members and lead

● QA/Regression Testing of different tasks

● Releasing a Project build to QA for testing on UNIX VM

● Supporting QA and Bug Fixing

● Using JIRA for project tasks tracking
