I am an extremely motivated individual who has over 20 years experience in manufacturing and heavy industry.( steel mill 15 years.) I am looking to use my experience and skills to add to your bottom line, adding value to the company. I have traveled the world learning best practices and implementing them in my own facilities. I also weld and fabricate steel and bronze. (mig welding) Welding is one of my passions. My specialty is management however I’m not afraid of manual labor and getting my hands dirty.

W&E Baum: Freehold NJ. 2022 -2023. I was the welder/fabricator/ production manager. During this time, I was building steel and bronze memorial signs for Jewish Temples. I had 5 employees working under me performing general labor. I would also operate machines such as grinders, benders, polishers, drill presses, taps etc.

Anthony Auriemma Scrap Metal: 2019-2022. I was the buyer of scrap metals/ production manager with 6 employees under me. I would buy metals such as copper, aluminum, steel etc; package and resell. I was also the welder/fabricator as well as operate equipment such as alligator metal shears, excavators, bobcats and bailing machines. Gerdau Steel Mill: Sayreville NJ. 2002-2018. I had many positions in my time at the steel mill which included General Forman in the Hot Rolling Mill with 60 employees under me. Environmental Coordinator, Process Improvement Engineer. I implemented ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 14001 for environmental with passing results the first audits. I performed mock OSHA and quality audits, trained employees, created SOP’s, scheduled maintenance and production. I also handled payroll and employee evaluations as well as disciplinary actions when needed. Page 2

Past time hobbies: I love to do welding art from scrap steel parts and gears, spending time with family, working, water sports and cooking. I used to have my own BBQ and catering using a 350 gallon trailer smoker I fabricated from scratch. I also used to participate in BBQ competitions, the largest being “Q by the Sea in Seaside NJ.
