Oversaw operations of the MCD Burn-In Lab and supporting the Folsom Site Environmental.

Also responsible for coordinating loads and unloads of Burn-In and ELT Oven parameters, i.e.

Voltages, temperature limits and stress conditions.

Worked for FTS where played a major role in making major changes in equipment procedures and implemented training procedures for Delta Flex Handlers.

Responsibilities include managing the CTM's Quality and Reliability Lab. Also, my responsibilities include the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IC level test systems. Equipment setup and configuration often includes biasing systems per testing criteria and writing test programs to insure proper functionality. I work closely with vendors and internal customers to make sure that all testing schedules are met. Equipment (ovens) Reliability criteria X11-48, Electro Migration, and Express Test's Auto Clave Chambers. Projects: Worked extensively with several vendors in the design and layout of low noise burn-in boards.

Supported all characterization, programming, and testing for the Bipolar Test Engineering group. Also responsible for equipment maintenance (thermal shock, temperature cycle, and burn-in ovens) and repair (power supplies, PC boards, clock circuits and Environment Stress Chambers. Assist test engineers in writing and updating test programs on complex test systems. Publication of characterization reports on VAX and PC's. Responsible for failure analysis and characterization in-dept. System level failure of automated testing.

Section Chief; Staff Sergeant

Platoon sergeant responsible for a 40-man radar platoon, 8 radar system, 11 military vehicles, and management of classified material. Initially assigned duty as a Radar Technician who was responsible for the maintenance and repair of several advanced radar systems. Periodic maintenance and troubleshooting to component level or repair CRT's, complex circuit boards, and bandpass filters were necessary and performed daily.
