Description of the project – Back office – PERT support project is all about keeping track of all the customers who have ordered for the reports, the type of reports, number of reports and their delivery status etc.,
Role –
• Involved in supporting the PERT system when issues occur in any stages of the report delivery based on the SLA norms.
• The mainframe jobs involved in the PERT systems are revenue related jobs. So, this revenue related jobs are monitored regularly and the job failures have to be resolved immediately.
• Involved in value added solutions, permanent code fixes and documentations on various mainframe jobs in the PERT system.
• Coordinated with the team for their issues with respect to the PERT system.
Given knowledge transition sessions for the fresher’s regarding the functionality of the system.

Description of the project –
NIKE – Avalon project is all about the data from different companies are collected and the data entries are made in data centers. These data from the data center will be processed by different systems like Mainframe, XML and GDR etc.
Role –
Involved in support activities under mainframe end. If data fails to get updated to mainframes, the cause for the failure will be analysed and resolutions will be provided.
Done value added code changes as and when required for frequently occurring issues as permanent solutions.
Apart from defects, responsive on preparing daily status reports, weekly status reports and monthly status reports on projects to customers.
Submitted documents on the frequent job failures and defects and they are being shared among my team members and across the organization
