Our Health is related to our plants/nature — Detail: Bring awareness amongst people through surveys to find out how many people did not know our health is related to nature.
Objectives: Conduct a survey on how many people know gardening can reduce stress, bring awareness to gardening, and work with plants to reduce stress and feel better.
What Benefits does nature/gardening have on individuals dealing with childhood trauma? Detail: The benefits of gardening provide humanity with the ability to heal mentally without the use of medication.
