Pre-Contract
Reviewed and prepared the cost plans and pre-tender estimate PTE in line with RIBA stages (Preparation and Brief, Concept Design, Developed Design, Technical Design).
Developed the Bill of quantities BOQ, based on the drawings, spec and other requirements of the client furthermore, using standard methods such as POM(I), NRM2, and CESMM4.
Prepared comprehensive tender reports and provided tender support services upon return of tenders.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, participate in workshops, and facilitate Value Engineering (VE) exercises.
Supervised the team for preparation of contract documents. Post-Contract
Manage project budgets, expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Oversee the procurement process, including subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management.
Ensure projects and programs meet financial objectives.
Prepare and monitor project cashflow, advise on deviations, and rectify discrepancies.
Identify, assess, and manage potential financial risks and opportunities, minimizing potential losses, and maximizing profit.
Streamlined the change management process and effectively handled scope changes and budgets.
Managed the financial impact of changes to the project scope, timelines, specifications, and budgets, and negotiate additional funds and resources when necessary.

Prepare extension of time (EOT) cost.
Prepared monthly Interim Payment application IPC, Variation and claims, and negotiation with clients.
