• Worked closely with the project's HSE Advisors to implement and enforce the project's Health, Safety,
and Environmental (HSE) policy, procedures, and plans.
• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of a district cooling plant with a capacity of 66000 RT. Daikin
manufactured chillers, cooling towers, centrifugal pumps (vertical and horizontal inline), air handling
units, fresh air handling units with run around coils, fan coil units, CRAC&CRAH units, split AC's, VAV'S,
exhaust fans, air curtains, dehumidifiers, and other products.
• Chilled water pumps, FCUs, AHUs, and FAHUs planning, scheduling, and achieving PPM & C.M activities
Cooling towers, package units, split air conditioners, and other CRAC/CRAH units
• Providing adequate trainings to technicians consistently
• Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and initiating counter measure to avoid re occurrence of the
