A dedicated individual who thrives in the Customer Service field to make every interaction with a customer rewarding, easy and brief. Rather it be from in person or over the phone; I like to make the customers experience rewarding. I have always been a friendly and vibrant person who loves to turn a frown into a smile. I also love educating individuals on the importance of great customer service. I first started my position as Assistant Manager where I assisted with day-day operation needs from issuing refunds, correcting servers errors, hiring staff, Vendor ordering etc. I then moved assistant General manager. Where i basically filled in where i was need the most which included establishing new relationships with vendors and sales reps all over the city. I hosted a numerous of fundraiser events for hospitals, corporation, city counsel, etc. Now I'm the general manager of the store controlling day-day operations. My responsibilities were to answer the phone for Direct Tv Customers on a script. I was to follow the prompts for what the customer explained to be the problem. When working with att everything is done in detail. I also took payments and issued credits for time without service. I was also instructed to notate every part of the conversation for future references with detail.
