1.CADIO GOOD FITNESS

Data Analysis for customers of the treadmill products of a retail store to build customer profile and generate a set of insights and recommendations that will help the company in targeting new customers.

Key achievements: Data Quality checks using pandas. Exploratory data analysis using univariate and multivariate analysis via various graphs like count plot, histo diagram, Box plot, violin plot, bar plot, pair plot and heatmap. Generated recommendations to improve customer experience and revenue.

2.CARS4U-SUPERVISED LEARNING REGRESSION

Car4U leadership wants to develop pricing model to predict pricing of used cars so that marketing team can develop their business strategies to offer the best competitive price to its customers.

Key achievements: Performed EDA using univariate and multivariate analysis with graphs, data pre-processing, feature engineering using one-hot encoding and outlier management using quantile and median methods. Developed machine learning linear regression model to predict price of used car. My model adjusted R^2 was 0.66 on training data and 0.67 on test data.

3.PERSONAL LOAN COMPAIGN MODELING -SUPERVISED LEARNING

AllLife US Bank has small borrower’s customer base as compared to its depositor’s customer base. Objective of this project was to develop machine learning model that will help AllLife bank Marketing department to identify the potential customers with high probability of purchasing the loan.

4.TOURSISM – TRAVEL PACKAGE PURCHASE PERDICTION MODEL

The marketing cost of "Visit with us" company was quite high because customers were contacted at random without looking at the available data. Objective of this project was to build a machine learning model to predict whether existing customer would buy a newly introduced travel package.

Key achievements: Performed EDA and Data pre-processing. Built and trained bagging, Random Forest, Adaboost, Gradient boost and XGBoost models. Produced feature importance. XGBoost with hyper parameters tuning provided the best recall test score:0.81.

5.CREDIT CARD USERS CHURN PERDICTION MODEL

The Thera bank experienced steep decline in the number of users of their credit card. This sharp decline in credit customers would cause bank monetary loss and unsatisfied customers. The objective of this project was to build machine learning model to predict whether customer is going to churn or not.

Key achievements: Total_Trans_Ct, Total_Revolving_Bal, Total_Relationship_Count, Months_Inactive_12_mon and Total_Trans_Amt features are the most impactful features. XGBoost Model with random search cv with under sampling provides best optimal performance metric results for recall (train:1, test:0.99).

6.NATURAL LANGURAGE PROCESSING(NLP) – TWITTER US AIRLINES SENTIMENT

There are tons of data in the form of tweets on Twitter that it’s difficult for Airlines to quickly detect negative social mentions that could harm their business. The objective of this project was to Analyze twitter tweets for 6 airlines and perform sentiment classification to monitor customer emotions in conversations on Twitter.

Skills and Technologies: Jupyter Notebook, Python, NLP, Tokenization, Stemming, Lemmatization, WordCloud, CountVectorizer, Idf, TfidfVectorizer

Key achievements: Performed EDA using WordCloud. Tokenization using TikTok tokenizer. Built RRN and Random Forest classifier with CountVectorizer. Got test accuracy of 0.84 with RNN.

Role: CNC JDE Administrator Consultant

Responsibilities: Monitor and manage application system performance and availability, server, and database tuning. Resolve of issues on the various JD Edwards instances to ensure stability of the system. Manage timesheet of all team members using Microsoft excel.
