+ Attend Pre-Shift Meetings, before initial start of work shift. Go over prior shifts numbers, that inculded

Up-time vs. Down-time. Discuss work orders.

+ Communicate with departing Extruder Operator about any issues that may have happenend during

shift, that wasnt covered in meeting.

+ Go over Paperwork, make sure all correct materials are on floor, and placed on the right tippers and

or tubes or going to right feeder.

+ Communicate with Warehouse Operator to go over proper staging of materials.

+ Operate Extruder Machine to fullest capabilites, Take samples to Lab every start-up or when Extruder

is running.

+ Start up Extrusion Machine, let run for 15-20, or 500Ibs, to get the best sample to turn into the lab.

Sample results varies of product that is produced at times, it could range from MF, moisture check, ash

check, color saturation/defencencies, good/bad cuts, plyablity,sturdiness. All rersults go into how or if

we need to add or subtract any minerals or glass or additives that may or may not be needed for final

result of finished product.

+ Trained in Lab Opertor/ Technician Role. Trainend in using calipers, pipettes, measurment tools, hand

tools to get proper testing results.

Production Operator/Machine Operator

+ Rotate daily routine production activities, with other production operators.

+ Do process checks/ quality checks beginning of shift. Including measuring shingles, tear test of shingles.

Preform layout of samples and inspect for any defects of flaws. Communicate with Supervisor, Group

Lead, or Shift lead of any issues.

+ Operate Mule transport vehicle safely and accordingly to company standards.

+ Start Impregnator/ Operate Impregnator Machine with safety and quality in mind.

+ Attend preshift meetings, to get info from previous shift about any issues that might have occurred

during overnight or morning shift.

+ Make sure all coating test, i.e* for thickness or proper coverage of asphalt were acceptable for product

that was being produced.
