With an emphasis on communication and strong interpersonal skills, I established positive relationships with guests and employees—regularly updated computer systems with new pricing and daily food specials, which increased revenue by 100 percent and took the restaurant from a negative cash position to a profiting 40k net. In addition, I collaborated with the Executive Chef to analyze and approve all food and beverage selections.

Responsibilities included resolving scheduling issues among crew members by immediately addressing problems and mediating disagreements, entering invoice data into the company system, updating details, contacts, and delivery dates, keeping all information current. In addition, I hired team members, explained company procedures and safety requirements, and delivered positive feedback or council upon job task completion.

Supervised all daily operations, designers, and special events, worked with wholesalers and local artisans to get the best price and the right market fit. For example, I set all product displays and changed the exhibits frequently and seasonally to keep the sales floor new and to invite. Also, I rotated inventory and discarded the damaged product. Monitoring market trends to ensure dynamic and consistent product flow and increase profitability. Negotiate terms with vendors to create and develop partnerships for products for specific events and the retail side of the shop.
