The primary focus was to provide palliative care and support to a family member with Breast cancer at her home to ensure she was as comfortable asc possible during the last months of her life. Key responsibilities:

Provided everyday personal care such as washing,dressing and general hygiene

Monitoring the patient’s condition and informing healthcare practitioners who were also involved in the care

Driving patient for hospital

Helping with taking of pain medication and pain relieving techniques

Preparing meals and assisted patient with feeding when required
