I weld components in a class 100 clean room on stainless tubing ranging from 1/4” to 1/2” thick wall with wall thickness ranging from .035 to.065 using the proper welding procedures making sure There is full penetration ensuring with a sight pipe the inside is fully penetrated and there is no color due to contamination due to gas coverage, over amperage etc and also making sure the outside is the same from the leg to the toe making a nice small perfectly within tolerance outside face and inside root. and when there is no work there I help bag and d.i parts I will also leave the clean room and cut parts off of a cut list using a state of the art touchscreen self automated machine to cut parts down to exact measurements to helping put up wood fames and sheet rock to make new welding booths for the shop to helping the buffers buff to building fences to store materials no one can get to, to even taking out all the trash and sweeping areas that were not previously cleaned to helping co workers grind down parts that they have accidentally messed up I literally do it all Welder/Fabricator

Cutting out and replacing whole brand new frames out from under 18 wheelers box trucks etc to specifically modifying custom designs to help the diesel mechanics perform there duties without having to work hard ie, there was a bolt stuck in a half a million dollar machine that needed to be removed no one could get it out banging it bringing a torch to it, lubing it up but nothing I finally went inside grabbed a solid piece of round bar 3 inch thick 150lbs and beveled two handles and pulled two inches from the right and and left and welded them on after that we took that puppy outside I backed up the skid steer raised my forks chaired that bartering ram and first hit popped right out the diesel mechanics were at that for I kid you not 3 days trying to get it to budge and if I wasn’t doing some project around the shop with my skill set then I’d do oil changes on Volvos and Peterbilts Flux Welder/Fabricator
