Cybersecurity Strategist/Global Cybersecurity Practice -Principal
Advised multiple Slalom geographical markets (including New York, Boston, Toronto, and Philadelphia) on cybersecurity including, regularly meeting with local sales and delivery leadership identifying, scoping, selling, and delivering cybersecurity engagements, responding to RFPs, cybersecurity credentialing meetings, and oral responses.
Delivered cloud cybersecurity engagements, focused on helping clients see beyond the technical requirements and the cost cloud and cloud security and look at the larger implications on business strategy, operations strategy, finance, processes, and risk. Projects included:
oAWS migration -facilitated Security, IT, and client facing development teams to build an operating model that provided for fast development while maintaining IT, security, risk, and budget constraints.
oLed multiple vendor selection projects overseeing the collection of requirements, vendor management, POC delivery, and implementation including identity management and cloud cost management.
oPerformed multiple assessments leveraging regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPPA, GDPR, CCPA,) and security frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and custom frameworks.

Worked with Israeli cybersecurity companies on market entry strategies and worked as a Fractional Account Executive facilitating introductions and providing sales services to a variety of US and Israeli cybersecurity companies including start-ups involved with cybersecurity scorecards, Identity protection, email security, third party risk, and data intelligence platforms. Total sales ~$1m.
Organized and led a cybersecurity conference attended by some of Israel’s highest profile cybersecurity government officials, corporate executives, and specialists.
Provided cybersecurity consulting including NIST CSF Assessments to public school districts, national non-profits, and medium/ small businesses.
Advised organizations going through operational inflection points driven by growth of the company. For example. worked with on demand delivery/services start-up to develop easily repeatable and implementable documented operating model as they expanded into new markets.
