* Set and use manual powder coating spray gun to spray powder on metal parts.

* Ensure the quality of the surface after pre treatment before painting.

* Do masking as per requirement.

* Adjust valves and nozzles and regulate the spray pressure in surface pre treatment line.

* Ensure the proper loading of parts on conveyor with hangers or hooks.

* Manual pressure wash of larger parts and loading/unloading of parts on carts.

* To prepare surface for repainting.
