Responsibilities:

Maintenance of all rotating & static equipment like Screw compressor, Centrifugal blower, Fan, Elevator, Screw conveyor, dryer, Mixer, Auto Packer, Dust collector, Boiler, Bag filter, APH, Gearbox, Reactors, Pipeline for process and all types of pumps.

Documentation of operation & maintenance, Internal & External audits to achieve ISO 9001-2015 and IATF- 16949-2016 & OHSAS.

Working in a team to implement 5S, Kiazen, Quality circle, Training module and daily tool talk in morning meeting, Safety tool talk.

Day to day report share to mechanical HOD regarding all documentation part like PM and other maintenance profiles.

Good knowledge of Preventive, Predicative, Corrective, RCA making and follow all parameters to close in SAP and monitoring on daily basis.
