● Manage projects through collaborative efforts with clients, site supers & shop personnel

● Work closely with engineers to ensure accuracy of project requests in alignment with scope and plans to best serve the company’s interest while meeting the client’s needs

● Execute all purchases orders including hardware, lumber, laminates, solid surfaces, metals, glass and equipment

● Establish and maintain relationships with a multitude of vendors

● Manage all purchases and projects through Buildertrend software

● Create processes to streamline purchases along with a paperless system

● Negotiate pricing with hundreds of vendors to procure the most cost-effective material with timely delivery

● Responsible for Quality Assurance of products delivered from all vendors

● Interface with Shop and Logistics Managers to monitor workflow and ensure timely deliveries
