FOREMAN ASPLUNDH TREE EXPERT, OWNER OPERATOR OF LOVELAND TREE LLC: 2013-PRESENT I was hired as a groundsman in 2010 and rose to the position of city arborist which I held for three years. I received my arborist certification through the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) with a 91%, a certification which I have consistently held since 2012. I opened my own tree service in 2015, which I continue to operate. Loveland Tree Company has been one of the most respected tree services in Loveland CO based on safe work practices and general tree knowledge. Loveland Tree Company has been the primary contact for Colorado’s two largest wild fires. Responsibilities have included the inspection of thousands of trees and millions of acres based on methodologies accepted through out the industry, the coordination of multiple crews, preparation of reports and digital marking DIVE MASTER: 2009-2013

I worked for St. Thomas Dive Center as a Dive Master and an Underwater Guide for the Sea Trek Operations at Coral World Ocean Park. While employed at Coral World, my responsibilities included daily tours and maintenance of exhibits above and below surface along with care for a myriad of marine animals. I was also active in the Turtle rescue and ecosystem restoration while I was there.

CAMP DIRECTOR: 2002-2013

In 2002, I was hired as a councilor at Durango Mountain Camp at which point I was to directly oversee the general day to day operations of 12, 16-18 year old boys in general care, safety, and homework as this was a kid’s with learning difficulties boarding camp. I maintained and coordinated several outdoor programs within the camp facilitating overnight camping and other off-campus weekend activities for the over 100 campers and staff. After a short hiatus, I became the camp director for DMC’s sister camp, Rocky Mountain Dyslexic Camp. In this role, I was in charge of all outdoor activities, the scholastic achievement of several students and classes, with a student body of 50. I was to set up and execute 3 safe, fun, developmentally appropriate, and time constrained activities for 3 different groups of 10-12 kids between the aged 9-16 daily. Also, within my scope of management was to hire and manage a crew of 2 full paid staff and 6 interns, maintain a budget, and write student reports at the end of camp. SPECIAL NEEDS EDUCATOR — 2002-2008

Lead teacher at Liberty School. A Dyslexic and Autistic Management charter school. My responsibilities included planning and facilitating the execution of a school wide themed learning program designed around my class structure. I taught 1st-6th grade Science, K-6th Outdoor Ed, K-6th Art, and all off campus activities. Budget and team coordination were large parts of my responsibilities, as well as large group management requirements and public speaking in a wide variety of venues acting as a primary representative for the school.
