Served as a Superintendent for design – build GMP warehouse renovation that consist of new electrical service, RTU install, cold room installation, minus 80 freezer and refrigerator’s placement.

Histogenics – Lab Reconfiguration

Waltham Massachusetts

Served as the superintendent for this design-build project that reconfigured an existing clean room and added mechanical rooms with supporting equipment. CRB was selected for this project due to schedule constraints and the need to complete the project within five months. CRB identified key trade subcontractors and design partners to develop a detail design for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural. Later in the project, existing process design documents were found to be lacking; CRB engaged a design partner to provide process support. The work included architectural reconfiguration, the addition of a pure steam system (included boiler, pure steam generator and autoclave) addition of a clean compressed air system (including an air compressor, receiver, and dryer) expansion of existing gas system, and plumbing work to support both the clean room and new mechanical space. Managed the safety, quality, and field implemtation of 15 different trade contractors.

Amgen-Building Envelope Investigation

Superintendent for the inspection and testing of a nine-story building. The project included using an articulated boom lift to visually inspect all four side of the building with limited space on each side, perform water testing at target locations on each side, open the interior walls to allow for inspection, and restoration of wall openings.
