Position in onshore Carnival Office managing the entire fleet with an operating budget in excess of $5,000,000.00 with no additional staff other than an administrative assistant shared with another Department Manager. Accountable to the Vice President Cruise Operations at CCL and primarily responsible for the staffing of and recruitment for 97 venues on a 15-ship fleet on a weekly basis. These 256 musicians were primarily English-speaking (and some Spanish-speaking) - among many other foreign tongues.

Taught instrumental music lessons to students - children to adult in my home studios in Canada, Florida, and Las Vegas. Primarily taught individual lessons on how to play the Saxophone. [Doubling on all 4 saxophones – Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bari, Flute and Clarinet]. Responsible for: Conducting, Rehearsing, Training, Composing/Arranging musical scores, and Master of Ceremonies for various shows. Gained extensive knowledge in live sound reinforcement for showrooms with capacities up to 1000 people with much guest interaction. Produced and performed in various live, outdoor shows on-board for audiences up to 1000 people. Since my employment with Carnival Cruise Lines I have performed for nearly 500,000 guests to date.
