Computer Programmer Technician, Cuban, born in March/1971, graduated in July 1993 at Eduardo Garcia Delgado, Polytechnic Institute of Electronics in Havana, Cuba. (Associate Degree). I have knowledge of SQL Server and experience creating dynamic websites using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I have over 10 years of experience (outside the US) working with standard desktop PC tools and applications such as MS Office, MS Outlook, web browsers, etc. I also have knowledge of mounting hardware such as video cards, hard drives, memory cards, microprocessors, network cards. I am proficient in the installation of various peripherals such as printers, monitors, among others. I live in Tampa, Florida, USA since November 2021. I have a driver's license and my driving record is clean. I have EAD (Employment Authorization Document) in the United States since December 2022. My native language is Spanish and I am a novice English speaker and listener, and I read very well. In United States, I worked at Compudile INC as an IT Technician, installing MS Windows operating systems and installing security cameras, wiring ethernet cables used to support computer networks to transmit video and telephony signals in addition to standard computer data. I am currently working at the auto parts company AutoZone since April/2023, first in store #1210 and then in the Warehouse, making deliveries of auto parts to different clients within the commercial area. I am looking for work in the IT area, I have skills for installing various peripherals such as printers, computers, monitors, surveillance cameras, routers, I have knowledge of TCP/IP networks, etc. I have strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and common software applications. Understanding of computer networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting. Willingness to work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex or escalated issues.
