Started as a server, focusing on guest service while providing efficient and friendly service. Moved to corporate trainer to help open new stores and teach new employees the same guest service I provided to guests. Then moved to Bartender adding on more multitasking skills, serving tables and bar guests while also providing memorable guest service and hospitality.

Worked with the corporate office to organize trainers from 21 stores to come out and help train and open a new store. Controlled the scheduling for all trainers in foh and boh while also organizing class room work as well as preview meals before grand opening.
