OBJECTIVE

Experience

-Supervise and coordinate actives in a 24-hour 5 to 7 day week manufacturing facility with several operations.

-Schedule, direct and assist the maintenance employees in troubleshooting, installing, servicing and maintaining the plant’s mechanical equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, building, utilities, electrical systems and controls. The goal is to maximize production output at the lowest possible cost.

-Responsible for capital and maintenance projects.

-Manage the maintenance budget.

-Meet with suppliers, review purchases and inventory levels.

-Provide counseling and training for the employees under my supervision.

-Prepare performance planning and assessments of my employees.

-Safety Director - Ensure that all safety procures are strictly followed and appropriate equipment is available and in good working order.

-Experience handling many different projects all at the same time.

-Implemented a preventive maintenance program.

-Field measures, installation of all granite items from fabrication i.e. counters, paves, statues, plaque & other specialty items
