WORK EXPERIENCE

(A) Position - Project Control Engineer

Period - Dec-2007 to Jul 2020

Organization - Praxair India Pvt Ltd. Bangalore

(Subsidiary of Praxair Inc. USA)

Roles and Responsibility

· Develop project schedule and track progress using MSP

· Generate cost and schedule variance report

· Conducting periodic project progress review meetings with all stakeholders for monitoring and control.

· Coordination of project activities related to engineering, procurement

· Change control management for deviation with respect to cost, scope and schedule

· Development of Monthly PMO reports on Project and Proposal Status

· Progress monitoring and reporting by PMO tools such as dash board, schedule & cost curves

· Monitor and control Productivity initiatives and monthly reporting to Senior Management

· Timesheet Management and Resource Planning using Microsoft Project and PWA

· Transfer of labor cost and maintaining man-hour reports of all the projects.

· Planning, Auditing and maintaining regional cost within approved budget

· Setup of Projects in Microsoft Project with specific Calendars and Resources

· Preparation and Issue of inter-company invoices for regional support and making import payments
