Load and unload base oil from railcars and trucks. Inspect railcars and trucks for leaks.

Connect and disconnect hoses from railcars and trucks Check temperature of railcars and trucks.

Gauge base oil in railcars and trucks before unloading. Gauge tanks before loading and unloading railcars and trucks. Collect base oil samples from railcars and trucks. Turn in all railcars and trucks base oil samples to the lab before loading and unloading the bulk material. Install seals after loading railcars or trucks.

Uninstall seals before unloading railcars or trucks. Load and unload finished blended oils to and from tote tanks. Blow back all motor or base oil through the pig lines after loading or unloading railcars or trucks Connect and disconnect hoses from portable pumps.

Open and close all tanks valves by hand.

Connect hoses to the outside pipelines that transfers the blended oil from the tanks to the production line fillers.

Flush production line fillers.

Collect beginning oil samples after the flush and before production start up. Collect end oil samples after production run.

Blow back the oil from the production line fillers through the pipelines or pig line, back into the tanks. Release compress air from the pipelines or pig line by opening the bleeder valves after the blow back. Gauge tanks after the blow back.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

Fill out and turn in paper work after loading and unloading railcars and trucks. Open and close all heating valves.

Operate masticator that blends heat,rubbers,or powders with all different types of base oils. Open valves that transfers the blended oil through the pipelines and into the shore tanks. Gauge tanks after transfers.

Collect samples from tanks after blends.

Turn in all tank samples to the lab after blends.

Fill out and turn in all paperwork after blends.

Check temperature meter on the tanks.

Change all pump filters.
