Self-employed as A. Swayze Construction LLC performing additions, commercial TI’s, and framing gas station convenience buildings.

Superintendent for Lee Morris General Contractor, a subcontractor for Emerald City construction work ranged from $1.5M to $10.5million.

Superintendent for Dean Construction in the late 90s building over 300 homes valued at $190k to $340k.

Superintendent/Project Manager WSU Alumni Center Renovation project budget of $6 million, in the late 80’s (Keith Lincoln…inducted into the football hall of fame).

Completed restaurant services building/remodeling McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and KFCs, Taco Bell, from $100,000k to $1.5m.
