Customer focused detail-oriented Logistics System Analyst (LSA) supporting multiple systems from cognizant engineering data for the United States Army and foreign military Apache Longbow aircraft. Extracts, analyzes and prepares technical data to evaluate Engineering Change Order (ECO) on the Apache Airframe AH-64D/E for USG and all Foreign Military Sales customers. Performs system analysis, verifies, and validates completed work utilizing Quill Relational Database (QRDB), Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM), Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL), Illustrations Logistics System Analyst Record (LSAR). Researches, identifies, and resolves customer supply support system inventory discrepancies with data change notices (DCN) to our customers biannually. Collaborate with Army to identify and resolve system issues involved in the overall integration of information and inventory. Develop and conduct proper data elements with ADHOC reports from SLICwave (System and Logistics Integration Capability).

Support compliance from multiple report records with Data Change Notices to our domestic and foreign military customers on a bi-yearly basis. Evaluate SLICwave’s data integrity and duplication extract for the inspection and determination that all items are included and indentured at the correct location within the database, ensuring a quality product is provided. Develop successful communications and rapport with both internal and external customers, to establish efficient and rapid responses to all issues, improving customer satisfaction. Support of first-time quality efforts helped up-date, track and support the Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals efforts to implant United States and Foreign military contracts to ensure customer quality information.

AH64D/E

• Researches, identifies and resolves customer supply support system inventory discrepancies by use of electronic data systems by utilizing Quill Relational Database (QRDB) and Illustrations Logistics System Analyst Record (LSAR) to implant United States Army and all foreign military Apache Longbow aircraft for ongoing product support, spares and data.

• Identifies and impliments customer feedback to improve satisfaction with company services with customer to improve SLICwave’s data integrity from feedback and take action that will improve satisfaction with services to ensure a quality product compliance to contract needs.

• Monitors logistics system performance to comply from multiple report records with Data Change Notices (DCN) to our domestic military customer on a bi-yearly basis.

• Research, analyze and interprets technical data to evaluate and identify system trends for all Apache Airframe AH-64D/E customers.
