Work Experience

Apple Valley Care Center, Administrator Assistant (Oct 2019-Sep 2022) The pandemic provided both challenges and opportunities for me as an AIT and administrator assistant. I had the chance and challenge to serve as the human resource officer, maintenance manager, NOC shift supervisor, dietary staff and receptionist when I had no prior training or skills in those areas in healthcare industry. The uncertainty and the pressure which was on every level of suppliers, contractors, staff and community’s shoulder put me through the fire I needed to forge me to become a prosperous future administrator.

Amazon Blue Badger (Sep 2018-Sep 2019)

In amazon I served as the stocking team leader and had the chance to experience and deal with the highest voluntarily turnovers I had ever faced in my whole career life. I learnt how much cost turnover can put on the shoulders of a business and the importance of the “deinstitutionalization”! Sherwin Williams Process supervisor (March 2018-Sep 2018) The Sherwin Williams epoxy powder coating plant in Ontario, California was my last engineering touch in the USA. There I developed a sophisticated understanding of how OSHA mandates its regulations and philosophy, also, how it compared with other countries safety standards and measures. Sazan Mfg. Technology dept, Research and development team member (Sep 2008- Jan 2018) The mass production of all-composite pressure vessels used for storing compressed hydrogen and CNG have been dreams of top natural gas producing countries and companies. Iran, my home country is one of them. I began my R&D engineering life there and continued years after I moved to US, after which I helped the company remotely. The company and the project eventually failed after they suffered from the ill macroeconomy.

Pizza delivery driver and staff (Jet’s Pizza, Pizza hut and Domino’s Pizza) Sep 2012- August 2020 Restaurants and food have always been my private life fascination since childhood. I had never hesitated to fulfill this inner obsession by working as a part time, weekend or every once in a while, job. Only the birth of my daughter in July 2020 made me direct my professional attention completely on healthcare administration.
