My responsibilities: the application domain aspects, document files context look-up (format of the documents: "txt", "htm", "html", "doc", "xls").

On-line shop (2005)
On-line shop for software products selling.
Technologies : .NET 1.1; C#; ASP.NET, ADO.NET; MS SQL Server
Software products are classified by to groups: chargeable and free. User can download free products after a simple registration process on the site. To buy a chargeable software product user fills his shopping-cart and pays. After that administrator sends to the user’s e-mail a secrete key necessary for the product downloading. Also there is a simple forum on the site.
Project duration: 2 months.
Subscription system (on-line magazine) (2004)
Subscribers accounting system with on-line payments (through VeriSign) for the magazine. Average subscribers quantity is about three thousands. The system is implemented in Java (JSP & Servlets) + MS SQL Server. Some pages, concerned to the payment subsystem, are queried via HTTPS. I can accent an HTTP-request parser that I’ve written for this project to support Unicode, as the standard HttpServletRequest is unsatisfactory for the purpose.
Project duration: 5 months.
Internet-based game application «Slot Machine» (2003)
A playing machine emulator.
Technologies : client – C++, WinAPI32; IDE : Borland C++ Builder 6.0; server – Java.
Project participants: software developers team and a designer (5 persons in all). My responsibilities: client-side user interface development in cooperation with the designer. During the development WinAPI32 was intensively used for the drawing process optimization. SOAP was chosen as an interaction protocol between the client and the sever. The server was written on Java by other team members.
Project duration: 6 months.
