Assembly jacket to test telescoping torque and slide load. Install electronic control unit for correct positioning using calibrated gauges.Insert anti-rotation pin into column. Label with a unique part number that marries all for tracking
● Test motors for proper functioning, isolating any column that has excessive vibrations, shudders or out of spec
● Run an injection molding machine to provide steering shafts that are within proper specification for assembly.
