Professional Summary

I am an energy efficiency program manager. I’ve worked for electric utilities and energy services companies creating opportunities for residential, commercial and industrial customer segments. Currently I’m the principal of an energy consulting business. Prior experience includes;

• Implementing the business process of Liberty Utilities Electric C&I program that developed energy savings to qualify for incentives. The local team delivered 163% of the energy savings goal from 2015 - 2018 on time and on budget.

• My team for the Liberty C&I program included two direct reports that I interviewed, trained, mentored, reviewed work accuracy and completion and conducted performance reviews for.

• I was responsible for the startup and successful implementation of residential and business energy efficiency programs while at Public Service of New Hampshire.

• As Chair of the Multifamily Standards Technical Committee for the Building Performance Institute developed Technical Standards for Multifamily Building Analyst. These audit standards were developed by consensus of subject matter experts from around the country on monthly calls.

• Implementing New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority’s Greener Homes Program.

• Being the partner liaison for 101 Partners in Efficiency Maine’s Multifamily Efficiency Program.

• A founding board member of the New Hampshire Residential Energy Performance Association,

• I designed and implemented an on-line database to work with TREAT audit software in 2002, which now serves as the main program activity management tool for five utilities, six Community Action Agencies, and over twenty building performance contractors.

• Programs run by me and my teams have received numerous accolades for energy efficiency work by ACEEE and the National Council of State Housing Agencies.

• I’ve made presentations locally and nationally on subjects such as developing tracking systems for home performance program and to how to build a successful geothermal incentive program. Experience

Mantis Innovation – Senior Energy Advisor 8/2022 – Present As a Senior Energy Advisor responsible for new business development and lead generation to expand client base. I use a consultative approach to selling to establish long-term relationships with clients. I meet regularly with clients to position solutions that help manage energy spending related to electricity, natural gas, and energy efficiency strategies. Increase market share by generating interest and demand for our commodity purchasing energy efficiency and solar strategies. Energy Services of New Hampshire – Principal / Energy Consultant 2019 – 2022 Energy Services of New Hampshire, LLC was formed on March 2, 2020 Liberty Utilities Electric C&I program asked that I provide outreach to key accounts, develop projects, analysis of cost effectiveness and site visits to support production goals. Worked with the Salem Chamber of Commerce and local lighting distributors to deliver completions of energy efficiency projects for Liberty Utilities in 2019 and 2020. Significant projects developed include six elementary schools in Salem, three Bank of New England, Goffstown YMCA as well as number of smaller projects. In this year's pipeline so far are Manchester YMCA, HVAC projects for Manchester Transit Authority, VFD project for New England Die Cast, process, and power quality improvements for a milk bottling facility.

Franklin Energy Services – Liberty Utilities Electric C&I Program 2015 - 2019 Program Manager

For the Liberty Utilities Electric C&I Program. I was responsible for a 1.5-million-dollar budget that included incentives, monthly fixed fees and performance payments to Franklin Energy. I did outreach to prospective program participants, developed projects, trained staff contractors, ensuring quality reported energy savings, incentive calculations, and compliance with business process. The local team delivered 163% of the energy savings program target on time and on budget for the Liberty Utilities Electric C&I Program from 2015 - 2018. TRC Energy Services - Efficiency Maine, Multifamily Efficiency Program 2012 - 2015 Partner Coordinator

I was partner coordinator for Efficiency Maine’s Multifamily Efficiency Program. I organized three Partner solicitations, held four orientations, developed the business process, created program documents, hosted four on-site technical trainings on building science, combustion appliance diagnostics, sales, construction management, delivered three trainings for database systems, hosted monthly Partner calls with technical presentations, provided technical review of 300+ models submitted for incentives, and conducted 250+ site inspections for completed projects. TRC Energy Services - New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority, Greener Homes Program Project Manager 2010 - 2014

I was responsible for developing and implementing New Hampshire Housing’s Greener Homes Program. I developed a Partner network to deliver program services, developed program documents and training for seven energy performance companies; collaborated with staff to develop and administer budgets; authorized purchase orders and incentives acquisition from utilities, Department of Energy, Community Development Finance Authority and other funding sources as needed to implement energy efficiency projects for Greener Homes Program. In October 2012, Greener Homes was recognized as a program of excellence by the National Council of State Housing Agencies.

Energy Efficiency Program Administrator, Energy Specialist, Meter Reader Programs that I started and implemented were Home Energy Solutions, Home Energy Assistance, ENERGY STAR® Home Geothermal Option and EnergyCHECK Commercial energy efficiency programs. He acted as a liaison between other utility companies, the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission, trade allies and state and county agencies to deliver energy savings, the number of projects within the budget agreed to in the annual pre-approval filing from Utilities to the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission.
