Work on obtaining and submitting the proper paperwork for building and occupancy permits. Order supplies for the buildouts: doors, frames, hardware, glass, carpet, bathroom accessories. Visit job sites to assure the project’s schedule is running on time and work is being completed as shown on the floorpan. Communicate with the tenant and find out their expectations of the buildout, follow-up with changes and updates. Turn-over the space with pride and ownership by the deadline given. 09/2022 - 04/2023: Mitigation Project Manager, SERVPRO Milwaukee North, Menomonee Falls Wisconsin Project Manager in charge of managing natural disaster emergency response for both commercial and residential structures - fire, water, mold and biohazard losses. Manage crews during demolition. Monitor structural drying by standards of ASD (Applied Structural Drying) IICRC and WRT (Water Restoration Technician) IICRC. Communicate and schedule sub-contractors. Obtain bids for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and asbestos. Communicate with insurance adjusters in findings during demo and the drying process. Communicate with the homeowner on the process. Write estimates to be submitted to insurance companies. Use of monitoring equipment, moisture meters and air temperature/relative humidity, in regards to the drying process and knowing what atmospheres will produce the best outcome and creating them.
