Responsible for adopting and implementing the company’s health and safety program. Ensuring the company complies with Occupational safety and Health Administration.
Lead operational risk management activities and ensure full implementation of the Security plans to enhance the value of the company and brand. Responsible for the management of contractors including security, emergency response, and journey management plans.
Reporting to management and ensuring the company’s health, safety, and environment policies are implemented consistently across the company. Coordinate with outside consultants to conduct independent security audits. ACHIEVEMENTS
Managed HSSE Issues, employees and contractors making sure everyone has a conducive working environment plus ensuring every person goes home safe and healthy amidst projects.
Recently at the fore front of putting out a fire that occurred at the factory premises in Agri Exim FZE.
Project lead whilst ensuring and implementing ISO 45001:2018 in the Design and Implementation of the CNOOC Head Office access control and IP CCTV solution. The whole project cost a total of USD128, 000 was to upgrade the systems from analogue to centralized IP security systems covering all entrances of the head office. Project lead whilst ensuring and implementing ISO 45001:2018 in the Design and implementation of the Hima Cement plant wide access control and IP CCTV solution to curb on the theft of cement and to also provide occupancy reports for the different plant areas. The total cost of the project was USD110, 000. Design and implementation of Compassion International Head Office access control, Intrusion Detection, and IP CCTV solution. Project lead whilst ensuring and implementing ISO 45001:2018 in Various Projects including Elizabeth Glazer Pediatrics’ Aids Foundation, Export Trading Group, Qatar Airways, Project Manager for Various Projects right from the Initiation to commissioning such as GEMs Cambridge, Kenya Commercial Bank, Game Stores, RTI International, Commercial Bank of Africa
Head of Maintenance and Technical Support for various Project such as Standard Chartered Bank, Citi Bank, British High Commission, GIZ, German Embassy, Norwegian Embassy, Kyagalanyi Coffee, Pep stores, Game stores, European Union Implemented a complex monitoring system which reduced theft at the following shopping centres by a whopping 72%. Shopping outlets implemented in such as Game Mass Discounters and PEP Stores.
Detected a security breach at the rear of an office building and promptly corrected it, thereby ensuring complete security of the building and its residents. Introduced scanners and metal detectors as part of the security regimen, which decreased the number of illegal arms being carried inside by visitors by 30% at Face Technologies.
