• We make outbound calls to accounts for debt. Once we get the consumer on the phone, we transfer to the collect handling their account.

• We operated on Clean Collect on chrome. And I have used 2 different phone systems. (Jitsi, and Bria). We must meet a goal of over 325 calls per day.

• We are trained to keep our composer during high stress situations, like being yelled at or being hung up on. The consumers are sometimes out of hand, so we learn to try and deescalate the situation.
