Tips
In my current roll, I am the system administrator for Caterpillar. I also am server support for about 75 windows servers with shop floor high availability lines. At TBU I am sole support for all onsite IT.
During my 25-plus years as an IT Analyst for Caterpillar, I have successfully maintained 3rd shift operations including: coordination of outage situations, handling from start to finish incidents, provided technical guidance and training for new agents, Worked in incident management as a high impact coordinator. Became a server administrator specializing in all *nix and all Microsoft environments. .
