Prepare concept design & shop drawing layouts for all required L.V & ELV systems.

Achievements

I had Innovated a technique to save cost & consumed time along negotiation process with multiple suppliers, that technique helped us to achieve materials cost reduction down to 10% of the initial presented offers. It was through preparing & sharing online unified B.O.Q among 6 suppliers & provide each one with a specific user name & password, so each supplier was able to update his competitive price while viewing others prices, through that online competition we succeeded to control the big deviation between actual expected cost & budget.

I had Innovated a dynamic tool which enabled business development team to prepare feasibility study for the new prospective projects with no need for usual support by technical team, this tool was a dynamic B.O.Q calculator which linked to a cost sheet, through this calculator, So B.D team asked to insert 10 parameters based on client requirement or project scope, then a detailed B.O.Q will be generated directly for required materials, Moreover a cost sheet will be generated within just a few seconds which help to prepare accurate feasibility study for all new prospective projects with no need to usual technical office support, which led to save time & resources.
