Aside from the technical aspect, love to cook and I’m always open to learning new things. like to

best food, clean as best to my ability, and always be on time for work. know what have to do when
some people need liquid diet or any different kind of diet. know how to date the food. Always make
sure we serve quality food. know we have to defrost certain foods at room temperature as well.
know how to clean after myself and others in the kitchen to prevent any contamination before and
after closing the cafeteria.
There’s a lot of hard work that goes into working in the kitchen. So many details that have mastered
throughout the past 5 years that hope to put to use in my next job.
