Spearheaded accountability trainings for military, contractors, and civilian personnel on Daily Muster Tool on a weekly basis. This training improved my teaching skills for the USSOUTHCOM CCMD and USSOUTHCOM CCDR.

Develop joint personnel planning guidance and provides advice on contingency and real-world operations, joint exercises and plans to the JS, USSOUTHCOM staff, and subordinate organizations. This improved problem-solving abilities to execute an easier approach to real-world operations and exercises from a Manpower and Personnel standpoint for the command.

Ensure accountability of personnel and provide a Joint Personnel Status Report (JPERSTAT) of all Department of Defense personnel located in the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). This garnered the ability to securely locate the whereabouts of every personnel that are traveling in the Area of Responsibility (AOR) region. The purpose this Joint Personnel Status Report is for the commander on the precise numbers of people going in and out of the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Manager for Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) in reviewing, modifying, validating, and approving towards military, civilians, and contractor’s whereabouts. Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) is a data card maintained on all High Risk and Medium Risk of Isolation (HRI/MRI) personnel. The purposes in being a manger was to obtain a high communication, management, and organizational skill towards helping personnels in SOUTHCOM to properly be secured in their travel status. Managed roughly 200 personals on their Isolated Personnel Report (ISOPREP) while being in this internship.

My partner and I examined the different roles of defense acquisition in Latin America is inclining towards in terms reliability.

The project consisted of dividing two polar countries, Argentina and Uruguay, in terms of defense acquisition implications, economic benefit, and the impact that can formulate when two clashing countries namely United States and The People Republic of China (PRC) start bickering for alliances.

The impact that my partner and I found in this research was how the People Republic of China (PRC) lacked quality over quantity. The PRC had a lot of major roadblocks due to them plagiarizing some military equipment or making the military equipment unreliable owed to it being old or bad quality.
