A.E.T. Integration Inc. Troy, M I 02/01/2021 – 03/15/2024

Welding Lab Technician: With a small team of engineers, I was responsible for conducting the welding procedures required for a multitude of different tests used to evaluate sheet metal materials along criteria such as: weldability, weld strength, weld quality, etc. Worked at a very in-depth level with WTC weld controllers on pedestal-type and servo-gun welders for RSW qualification testing. Some experience with robotic GMAW test procedures and the cut and etch process. Proficient in several OEMs rigorous and highly detailed welding test procedures of sheet steel and aluminum. Collecting and reporting the test results and material data into Microsoft excel with extreme attention to detail and accuracy was of utmost importance. Gained experience in identifying welding and material issues/defects. Also involved with weld-procedure development projects and studies for improved welding. Worked with metallurgist, as well as mechanical and material engineers to write reports on the material.

Senior Foreman: Having years of previous experience in the field, I oversaw and led a crew of landscape professionals in maintaining client commercial properties to the highest degree of quality all year round. Provided services such as lawn care, seasonal clean-ups, light landscape installations, snow plowing and de-icing. Implemented safety protocol and procedure for the crew. Ensured client properties were safe and clear of ice and snow during winter months with a zero-tolerance policy. Very experienced with trucks, some heavy equipment, and many types of tools & machinery. I maintained a commercial pesticide applicator license (categories 3A & 6), a Michigan Chauffeur’s license, and MDOT Medical Examiners Certificate.

• Associates of Applied Science (Technological Sciences): Courses included: metallurgy I & II, metallography, basic blueprint reading, and intro to layout/fabrication.
