Position consists of a team work environment on a production line. Each member has a process they work on to build the AT(automatic transmission) for Toyota consisting of Manual and Automatic Transmissions. It was also driven by a metric system ensuring we met a quota every day and produced high quality products, and required a lot of hand dexterity and precision. While working this position it allowed me to refine my decision making, collaboration, problem solving, time management, communication, and reliability skills. In doing so because the fast paced environment and change of schedules we had to undergo workflows changed and moved rapidly, forcing me to quickly adapt to new circumstances or juggle multiple daily tasks and deadlines.
