And on 2008 was joint ALSTOM expert Mr. Vibhu RATHORE being a site manager ALSTOM generator to completed OVER - HUAL the Generator Unit#2.

- In 2011 – 2022 Being a Site manager at Pakxong Radar station perform at manage all activities at site, emergency report to Maintenance department and CEO directly, edit or create the daily, weekly and monthly template forms to cover any equipment at site, plan and quotation to do yearly maintenance, office consumption, and follow the staffs then make an evolution to them on the end of year.

- June 24 - 28, 2013 were invited from Thales Company to join the Factory of Radar training season at Rouen in France.

- Feb 3 – 14, 2014 was joint Radar training handover at Pakxong Radar station, Champasak Province, LAO P.D.R.

- January 16 – 27, 20217 were invited from Thales Company again to join the Factory of Radar training season at Rouen in France.

- March 16 – 24 April 2020 was joint the English base on ICAO Level 4 standards course that the CIT Company organization at CIT technical center Vientiane Capital Lao P.D.R.
