• As a patient sitter, my job entailed sitting with patient’s and making sure that they left their IV’s, nose cannula, and any other medical equipment alone. I also sat with patients who came into the emergency room with thoughts of suicide and any other mental health situations that needed assistance. During my shifts, I charted on the patients hourly on their health and actions during that time.
