I unload trucks using either an electric pallet jack or a standard standup forklift. Once i have unloaded
inventory I tag each pallet with its own unique barcode label. Then I scan each pallet of inventory into
our system according to the paperwork I have corresponding with that particular order. After I have
completed scanning it in, and after it has been hand stacked with slats between each row, I then put
them away in a specific freezer into its own “blast” too be blast froze if what I received is fresh depending
On temperature of product. I also put inventory away that comes in frozen, but I use a reach truck too
put away in its corresponding freezer depending on product. After everything is complete I help with
nightly cleanup.
