This survey is open to parents or guardians of middle school and high school students who are currently enrolled in grades 6-12. It will take an average of 5-7 minutes to complete. Parent/Guardian Discussion Group Screener

A limited number of students, based on age, grade level and other factors, will be selected to A limited number of parents or guardians, based on the ages and grade levels of their children, along with other factors, will be selected to participate in an online discussion group. Parent/Guardian Online Discussion Groups are open to parents or guardians with children currently enrolled in grades 6-12.
