Currently working as Production-Chemist at Gland Pharma Limited, D.P.Pally, and Hyderabad from January2024 to till date.

Worked as a Research Associate in Appcure Labs Private Ltd, Satyam Enclave, Pet- basheerabad Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Telangana, from June 2017 to Apr 2019.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring of daily production activities &Handling of man power, actively involves in production planning.

Monitoring of compounding and filling, area cleaning (process & filling) activities of sterile liquid injections.

Monitoring of process equipment’s like process vessels, filling vessels, filtration equipment’s, steam sterilizer, tunnel, rubber stopper washing machine, vial washing machine, filling machine, sealing machine.

Verification of cleaning, calibration and validation status of process equipment’s.

To run the activities without any intervention in co-ordination with QC, QA and Engineering Personnel.

On- line checking of batch records, equipment use- log and environmental control records.

To involve personally & assure the quality aspects of the production process and to control the Rejection and to maintain Maximum Good Product Yield of the Finished Product.

Review of Batch Production Records (BMRs) and media fill records, equipment validation records, process validation records.

Coordination with various departments in day-to-day production activities. Academic Information:
