ANGOSTURA Turrialba Hydroelectric Project, Costa Rica (JOSE CARTELLONE C.C) 1998/1999

I worked as Assistant Surveyor Engineer in this project in the control of the construction of the pillars of the Reservoir, we carried out topographic surveys in the rounds of the Reventazón river on both banks for the reservoir areas and calculations of the excavation volumes, we made markings of profiles, excavations and works such as the bottom discharge and assembly of gates installed by ESTRUMET S.A, as well as the construction of these pillars where the Angostura PH Dam (Construction Control) was built. LA JOYA Tucurrique Hydroelectric Project, Costa Rica (GHELLA- SELI) 2005/2007

I worked as a Topographic Engineering Technician in this construction where an 8.5 km tunnel was built with a Tunneling Machine (TBM) of the Italian company SELI in which we take control of the work and culminate with linear and vertical errors of centimeters, thanks to the controls made with closed polygonals both inside the tunnel and in the outer profiles where the tunnel axes are traced, we were also at the control of work and the placement of the Forced Pipe by SARET, the Machines house and the Cargo Tank with what were excavations and then controls at the time of filling the tank and start of generation of the project, also within the work we carried out topographic survey for the creation of surfaces in civil 3d and from there design and review the structural changes and Longitudinal profiles and a control of the capacities of the springs near the passage of the tunnel were marked in order to know that they did not open affectations of the same when building said works.

BAITUN Hydroelectric Project, BAJO MUNAS Hydroelectric Project.

(CILSA S.A) (SARET PANAMA S.A) 2010/2012

Professional services were provided in forced or high-pressure pipe placement with SARET Panama in the Hydroelectric Projects built by Mexican construction company CILSA of the CARSO Group owned by Mr. Carlos Slim. In which the Topographic surveys of the surface were carried out to model in 3d and design the pipe as such which transported the water from the Dam to the powerhouse, the same in the processes we made metal assemblies of each ferrule daily in PH Baitun with a length of 440m, where the dimensions of each section were checked, alignment in conjunction with the collaborators of assembly, revision and assemblies of Bifurcador, assembly of saddles and pedestals of supports for the same to the top with the butterfly valve at home machines etc., and in PH Bajo Minas only the final lifts since it was finished work. Project Conclusion. REVENTAZON Hydroelectric Project (ICE Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad) 2012/2016

In this work we collaborated from February 7, 2012 to April 11, 2016. In which we worked as a Surveying Engineer since we started in the Dam, where we were in the control earthworks, carrying biweekly surveys for calculations of progress in terms of excavation, daily cubicing to obtain percentages of bulge and compaction for each articulated trip that was made at the same time markings of pernados in Left Plinth, Then we were in the placement of the different filling materials and an excellent job was done together with the auscultation companions for the placement of all the wiring and instrumentation sensors of the dam starting at the elevation 150 meters above sea level to the instruments placed on the face of the slabs and the measuring booths of the same and the control points installed on both sides of the dam as such, In the control of work, the slopes of the trenches were marked, placement of piezometers, accentometers, clinometers and joint meters with their respective checks before each installation and auscultation of the same. We also did the work of Coordinator and dam planner during the last year where we carried out different works such as construction of work such as curbs, sliding of slabs, placement of steels, sliding of lifting frame, construction of parapets, diversion tunnel plugs, markings for injection perforations in tunnel plugs, frame sewers, water management, urbanization as location of pipes, asphalt and others (Control of general work, planning, coordination, etc).

TOPOTEC S.A (2016)

Professional Services were provided to the company Topotec S.A in works of the Juan Santamaría Airport where the Constructora EDICA S.A carried out works such as surveys for control of excavation volumes, 3d modeling of surfaces for designs, marking of axes in the construction of slabs for cargo aircraft area and asphalting of the Security and Air Surveillance service of the country as well as in the Domestic terminal, where water management, placement of electrical systems and DATACOM, leveling, marking of excavations etc. were made.

INGETOP (The Green Park Free Zone) (2016-2023)

In this project which was the construction of an industrial park located in San José, Costa Rica. We are in the control of the work both in the due earth movements, volume calculations, marking of axes for assemblies of structures, control of work, urbanization, design of roads and control of the same, Cadastre, design in 3d, paperwork and everything related to our topographic scope.

ESTIMATES FIELD.

For several years we have been preparing strongly in the field of appraisals both in university courses and in undergraduate and in the college of engineers with people very prepared in these fields to learn the different methodologies, tools, areas to be updated. We have worked making appraisals to individuals in which we always use the market route and the homologation to have the most accurate references, we have CFIA courses in appraisals in vertical and horizontal condominiums as well as real estate all with the premise of being up to date and giving the guarantee to the client that the estimates given are accurate and based on real market studies, Economic and social studies of the moment. I see a great opportunity to grow with this offer so we are close to being part of ICOVAL, we are aware of the importance of giving banks that the real estate that the bank can take as guarantees comply with all the standards and qualities due. We have made appraisals of farms, lots to build, lots built, industrial buildings etc. All as indicated based on a reasonable market study, providing reports based on criteria based on socioeconomic and market analysis.

SURVEYING

We have extensive expertise in the field of surveying and cadastre, with knowledge of current legislation, high-tech equipment such as GNSS equipment and total stations which will provide an exact location on the national cartography and therefore a legal security due to any cadastral procedure, with knowledge and use of the cadastral map and mosaics of plans to be able to resolve the relationships, Inconsistencies and modifications that according to the technical cadastre a property may have. Replanting or relocated of boundaries, with analysis of situations according to boundaries and their properties.

We have courses taught by the CFIA to be able to carry out these registration tasks in the best way and offer a high fidelity service to our clients. CONCLUSION

We are a person committed to the work and wanting to excel, always willing to learn and grow both in the workplace and personally, dedicated to work and topography with the desire to do a good job and provide a good service at the height of each work built, with the attitude of collaborating and teaching co-workers keeping in mind the importance of teamwork. We handle knowledge in AutoCad, CivilCad 3D, Infra Works, REVIT design of communication works, surface modeling, contour lines, etc., we have also worked at home machines in precision assemblies of snail valves, worked with axes and lifting benches and assembly of precision equipment equipment in previous experiences in different hydroelectric projects both in Costa Rica and outside the country. We have experience in the construction area with sufficient criteria to make decisions with engineering departments properly, knowledge in design of communication routes, profiles, material calculations, desing and control of earth works, geographic information systems all in order to provide an efficient service. We have experience in the use of topographic equipment such as total stations, GNSS equipment, GPS to carry out stakeouts or surveys in RTK or static, use of software such as Trimble Access, SurvCe, SurveyPro or FielGenius, trained to carry out surveys in the field, process data, perform stakeouts and with great experience in the area of construction by studies in civil engineering.
