Fluid changes from engine, transmission, differentials, and power steering. AC work from leak detection to part replacement and changing system. I was responsible for all PM and general maintenance of heavy equipment and service vehicles including Komatsu, Cat, Case, John Deere, Mack, Peterbilt and Volvo. Anything that could get done in the field was done by me. Several years as full time and the rest when off at plant.

Prepared equipment using Loto, JLAs for mechanical. I also became a board operator where I sat in a building and ran unit using Honeywell TDC 3000 to meet daily requirements of unit. Held safety meetings with my team every morning or night. I then became Turnaround planner for Cat Lightends with multimillion dollar budgets. I was responsible for the planning of the work and completion of the work in a safe and timely manner.

TSI 01-1996 to 03-2000

Covered a 6-state area doing emergency equipment testing, repairs and reports. Detroit and Allison world transmission trained by factory. EVT Emergency Vehicle Tech degree received. Pump certified on most pumps.

EDUCATION

Business Management degree from SLU 1998; Process Tech degree from ExxonMobil apprentice program
