● Assist Engineer Technicians by testing their prototype designs. In charge of mounting customers fixtures with appliances on to our chambers. Such designs included for Aerospace Aircrafts, Formula 1 Motors, and Computerized Electronics parts.

● In charge of following DO-160G or DO-160G Military Standards for every design tested on. Fixture designs would then run through experiment tests such as Altitude, Decompression, Overpressure, Humidity etc.

● Constantly interacting with the Test Engineers, Quality Inspectors, and Managers of how their tests are running and provide feedback to improve the processes.

● Data was then gathered up at the end of each test and converted into charts for the clients to examine the final results. ● As Quality Control I am in charge of First Article Inspection making sure production follows the SOP standard for material ran. Also in charge of Final Inspection verifying everything matches qualifications.

● Perform Compounding production processes (Screening, Blending, and Discharging) of Resin, Paste and Compounding Department.

● Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) on how to set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment and machinery (Vort-Siv, Blenders, JSA RC Dischargers A, B, E) for production processes

Delivery Driver

• In charge of Freightliner Step Van inspection van such as checking tires, vehicle fluids, lights, mirrors, dashboard warning lights etc.

• I took the van to the loading station to pick up racks filled with totes carrying packages, then proceeded to take the racks to the van and load up totes in order from my first stop to the last stop of the day.

• At each delivery stop make sure to always have the customers correct packages by double checking the address,or following customers' request of where to place their package.

• Finishing the day I would head back to the loading station to return all undelivered packages and before turning in my vehicle it would go through a post inspection to ensure everything was still in good condition for the next day.

Molder & Machine Operator

• Operate machine that melts plastic such as Nylon, Acrylic, and Polycarbonate

• In charge of changing temperatures and adding dye color measurements to ensure the product matches what the client is requesting, and responsible for packaging orders for the client.

• Produce different resins each time new orders are made, and mold sample chips for quality check before shipping each order

• Train new employees on how to use machinery and protocols on how to work with the plastic. Skills:
