All data was statistically significant with calculated standard deviations, ANOVA, p-values (< 0.500), value stream mapping, flow chart analysis.

●As the Lean project lead on a business process re-engineering project, provided new software development (SDLC) the enabled the deployment of decentralized printers for distribution warehouses in major cities. Worked closely with IS software Programmers and Xerox to ensure they were held responsible for their products. This project resulted in a savings of nearly $190,000 annually.
